HIRE INFORMATION

Your time is precious and so is ours – we want you to know how it all works upfront, so here are a few helpful tips on what you should know.

Our Minimum spend prices are as follows:

*Delivery starts from AED 100 in the Dubai area and will increase depending on where your event is located and your final order.

Additional charges apply on Late night pickups, out of area deliveries and multi-day rentals.

DUBAI

AED 250, not including the delivery charge.

SHARJAH

AED 600, not including the delivery charge.

ABU DABI, AJMAN UMM AL QUWAIN RAS AL KHAIMAH

AED 750, not including the delivery charge.

FUJAIRAH AL AIN

AED 1,000, not including the delivery charge.

STYLING

If you would like us to take the time to style your own items you have purchased for your event and provide advice, we will charge you a styling fee which starts from AED 400

This charge may vary depending on the amount of set up required but the cost is agreed between both parties when booking

BOOKING

A booking is not secured until a deposit of 75% is paid and our booking form is signed by the hirer.

Deposits must be made within 3 days of receiving an email confirmation from us. The rest of the payment due, 25%, is to be paid on the day of the event unless otherwise agreed by both parties.

Last minute bookings can’t be guaranteed so please book early to avoid disappointment!

PICK UP & DROP OFF

If you are picking up or dropping off products for an event, thise can be done during the set times below to our warehouse in Dubai Investment Park 2:

Sunday – Thursday
between 10am and 4pm

Friday and Saturday
time to be discussed with Little Bear’s Team.
